Rotomoulding for complex assemblies
Plastic parts made by rotational moulding are often used in complex applications. For example many cab interior mouldings are made by the process, as are expansion tanks, fuel and hydraulic tanks, and screen wash bottles. On the exterior, fenders, mud guards, engine covers, and roofs are commonly rotationally moulded.
Using tecni-form's in-house capability, the finished and fully-assembled product can be shipped ready for the customer's assembly line.
Simpler shapes using rotational moulding
In addition to vehicle parts, the agricultural and construction industries also need numerous simpler hollow shapes with a uniform wall thickness.
