  2. Rotational moulding is an extremely versatile process and therefore it is easier to list the type of components which are unsuitable. Briefly these are as follows:

    • Components required in very high volumes (100,000 to 1,000,000s per year)
    • Components requiring very tight tolerances
    • Components required to be manufactured in materials unsuitable for rotational moulding (suitable materials are listed here)
    • Components requiring high-definition 'B' surfaces (internal, hidden) as well as high-definition 'A' surfaces (externally visible), where the 'A' and 'B' surfaces have to be very close to each other.
